Is this non slip mat usable

Hi,

I bought this anti slip mat because i was planning on just building a hobby version of a clean sweep bot. the issue is i finished and the thing is really good. this is really the only thing that is not purchased from vex because i was able to get it in CVS and saved about $10 and 3 days waiting due to shipping. i found a web page with the same product and have posted it below i have the white version. my question is regarding the legality of using this. i know if it is identical to the vex stuff it is ok so is it identical?
